Homemade Beef Chili

Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1/4 yellow onion - diced
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper - diced
- 2 Tbs. chili powder
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 14.5 oz. can of diced tomatoes
- 6 oz. tomato paste
- 1.5 cups water (or broth)
- 15 oz. can of pinto beans
- Two 15 oz cans of kidney beans (30 oz total)
- 2 Tbs. brown sugar
- 2 Tbs. butter
- Cheddar cheese
- Sour cream
- Avacado
- Lime wedges
