Parmesan Baked Chicken Strips
Baked Chicken Strips
I love a good, crispy chicken strip but am not a big fan of fried foods. So these baked chicken strips are perfect. They are juicy, crispy, and full of flavor. They have also been a favorite lately and are so easy! The prep time is quick, and then I can study or get other things done while they bake. Win win situation!
Take two chicken breasts and slice them in chicken-finger sized strips. Dunk them in butter and then into an equal mixture of bread crumbs and shredded parmesan cheese. Sometimes I also sprinkle parsley and garlic salt into the bread crumb mixture for more flavor. After being placed side by side in a 9x13, they go into a 350-degree oven for about 30-40 minutes or until golden brown. And that's it! Easy!

The crispy strips are delicious on salads and pasta. Or like pictured above are paired great with red potatoes and asparagus. Lemon juice squeezed on top makes them perfect! Enjoy!
